父母等による成绩确认について（学部学生のみ）

本学では、学生の修学状况をご理解いただき、修学を支援していただくことを目的として、学生の连帯保証人へ修得単位通知书の邮送により成绩通知を行ってきましたが、令和７年度から、オンライン（奥别产）による成绩确认へ変更します。
- 令和７年４月以降入学者については、入学時にWeb入学手続きシステムで「父母等による成绩确认」の同意の有無を確認しております。同意の際に登録した父母等のメールアドレスが成績確認のアカウントになります。
- 令和６年度以前入学者のアカウント登録の手続き方法は、学生の大学メールアドレス（機構メール）あてに、教務システムのお知らせ機能を通して、通知しています。学生自身により、Microsoft Forms上での同意と登録手続きが必要です。（機構アカウントによる認証が必要です。）
- アカウントは、学生１名に対し１つです。（例えば、兄弟2名が在籍している场合は、异なるアカウント（メールアドレス）を２つ设定する必要があります。）
- 卒业や退学により、学生が本学の学部学生の身分を有さなくなった场合は、成绩确认システムを利用することができません。
- 成绩确认システムの利用対象は、学部に所属する学生の父母等です。大学院学生、非正规生の父母等は対象外です。

公开期间について
- 2025年度春学期の成績確認期間は9月25日（木）に終了しました。今後、学生が父母等による成绩确认に同意し、手続きを行った場合、以下の期間にオンラインでの成績確認が可能となります。
- 2025年度秋学期成績確認期間： 2026年3月5日（木）9:00 ～ 3月27日（金）17:00
※上记の期间内は、入学から2025年度秋学期までの累计の成绩情报をご确认いただくことが可能です。
※2026年2月以降に同意手続きを行った场合、上记の确认期间に対応できないことがありますので、ご了承ください。（その场合の确认期间は、2026年9月顷の予定となります。）
※上记の期间以外は、成绩确认システムへのアクセスはできません。なお、学生自身は上记期间外でも飞别产による成绩确认および成绩証明书の発行が可能です。

Grade Viewing by Parents or Guardians (Undergraduate Student Only)
In order to help parents or guardians understand students’ academic progress and support their studies, beginning in 2025, parents or guardians will be able to view students' grades online during a designated period.
- To view grades online, the email address of the parent or guardian who will access the grade information is required. Students are requested to confirm whether they give consent to share their grades and to provide the email address of the parent or guardian who will access the grade information. For undergraduate students who enrolled before the 2024 academic year, please refer to the emails regarding the registration process sent to their THERS Account via the Educational Affairs System.
- Only students themselves can complete the registration process via Microsoft Forms to set up an account for viewing grade information.
- Students who are no longer enrolled at 黑料网 due to graduation or withdrawal will not be able to use the Grade Viewing System.
- Please note that the Grade Viewing System is accessible only to parents or guardians of students enrolled in undergraduate programs. Parents or guardians of graduate and non-regular students are not eligible to use this system.

The Posting Period

The Grade Viewing Periods for the Spring Semester ended on September 25, 2025. For students who submit the consent form after 3:00 p.m. on September 17, 2025, the Grade Viewing Period for parents or guardians will be as follows:
- Grades for the Fall Semester of the 2025 academic year: from Thursday, March 5, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, March 27, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
* During the above period, grades from enrollment through the Fall Semester of the 2025 academic year will be available for viewing.
* For students who submit the consent form after February 2026, their parents or guardians may not be able to access the Grade Viewing System during the period mentioned above. In that case, the Grade Viewing Period is scheduled for September 2026.
* Access to the Grade Viewing System is only available during the designated period. However, students are able to view their grades online and request transcripts outside of the above period.
